Senior Business Development Manager (Sales & Marketing)

• Develop sales goals and strategies for Vietnam market
• Gain and manage sales; monitor the market condition and react accordingly
• Plan and sell travel software system to travel companies in Vietnam and meet sales target
• Intensive travelling to whole Vietnam to conduct sales and increase client base
• Conduct marketing on company product
• To support pre-sales and post-sales activities, to propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide real-time technical supports, on-site support to clients
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers needed for the market
• To manage and collaborate with the whole team to increase the business.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, in any field
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position
• Results-driven with a hands-on and proactive attitude, independent, have the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
