- Hunt and acquire potential sellers inclusive of top sellers that contribute to category growth rate
- Lead vendor through the incubation process
- Monitor sales performance and achieve target sales for the first 3 months in Lazada
- Ensure overall sales target are met through planning and collaboration with internal teams for campaigns and initiatives for boosting seller performance
- Leverage online and offline channels to drive interest of SMEs to sell on Lazada
- Drive inflow through offline events and partnerships
- Experienced in Sales/Incubation/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Vietnam market

Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced in Sales/Incubation/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Vietnam market
- 2+ years of working experience in the related field, ideally in the e-commerce / Fashion/General Merchandise/ FMCG/ EL industry
- Bachelor, graduated from reputable university
- Strong market orientation, and an understanding of sellers/ brands operations in the e-commerce / Fashion/General Merchandise/ FMCG/ EL industry
- Strong interest in driving business decisions through data-driven analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Experienced in Sales/Incubation/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Vietnam market
- 2+ years of working experience in the related field, ideally in the e-commerce / Fashion/General Merchandise/ FMCG/ EL industry
