Senior Business Development Executive -Salary Up to 1,500 USD

1. Propose, develop and conduct marketing strategy and sales activities and our new business strategy to attract customers' attention on our services.
2. Establish long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
3. Study listings, interview prospective customers, negotiate with customers, accompany customers to our site, discuss conditions of contract, draw up contracts and support hand over.
4. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
5. Update the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the RE industry.
6. Take care of company website and information system to make sure that they are always up to date.
7. Conduct seminars / training sessions for sales staff to improve sales techniques.
8. Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
9. Carry out any other duties assigned by General Director

1. Fluent in Japanese or N1 level
2. Independence: manage your own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling to get the word out about properties and find the information their customers need.
3. Interpersonal Skills: often work with owners and customers face-to-face. Listening to their needs and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill.
4. Persuasion: be good at convincing customers to lease properties /convincing owners to make the property better with suitable rental and use persuasion to close deals.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: quickly find answers to the customer's questions and issues.
