JOB SCOPE
The primary scope of this role will be responsible for supporting Sales Professionals in dealing with the insurance market to provide the best sales proposals, and providing satisfactory services to the clients through arranging policies, consolidating comparative proposals and marketing activities to achieve the targeted business objectives.
Besides, the job holder will support Country Sales and Specialties Leader directly on administrative and coordination duties, which involves liaising with colleagues.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Broking: (75%)
• Handling broking activities based on experience of gathering quotations for prospect businesses, putting together comparative proposals, analyzing offers from insurers and proposing primary recommendations.
• Executing insurance compliance placement responsibilities (KYC, docs) to support BDD team in HCM to drive growth
• Handling the following up of won accounts and arranging the placement of policies for the clients
Personal Assistant: (25%)
• Managing travel arrangements, itineraries and handling claim reimbursements
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings; preparing meeting minutes, reports and documentation accordingly.
• Assisting HOD on all admin duties that require assistance
• Updating marketing technical format and presentations
• Performing as a liaison between Country Sales and Specialties Leader and other colleagues as required
• Other tasks to be discussed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education : University graduate (preferably major in insurance)
Possessing a professional degree ANZIIF / ACII is a plus but not required
Experience : At least 1-year relevant experience
Others :
Very Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in computer software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Pleasant, presentable, smart, self-initiative.
Team player
Effective interpersonal skills
Possessing a professional degree ANZIIF / ACII is a plus but not required
Experience : At least 1-year relevant experience
Others :
