The International Talent Development Academy (iTD Academy), A member of the Institution of American Education (IAE) - a leading education group in Vietnam with an umbrella of brands covering diverse educational needs of governmental departments, educational groups, and individual partners. iTD Academy is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Executive who will responsible for:
- Develop business network and meet sales targets;
- Be responsible for expanding B2B network;
- Be responsible for organizing events and workshops for sales purposes;
- Take part in promoting ITD branding through marketing strategies;
- Take part in educational counselling and customer care, close deals to meet the sales target and revenue;
- Take part in developing corporate culture in order to improve ITD’s branding and reputation;
- Develop yearly and monthly sales plan;
- Propose the Managing Director on promoting ITD brands, increasing sales volume, expanding products, strategic development, monitoring and evaluating staff performance progress.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree, an MBA is preferred
- At least 3 years of experiences in education sector.
- Experiences in sales and marketing management
- Preferred knowledge on education management, marketing and sales, international projects, standardized system and procedures.
- Competent in MS Word, Excell, Project, PPT.
- Moderate understading of education software
- At least 3 years of experiences in education sector.
- Experiences in sales and marketing management
- Preferred knowledge on education management, marketing and sales, international projects, standardized system and procedures.
- Competent in MS Word, Excell, Project, PPT.
- Moderate understading of education software
