External Market Intelligence
Conducts market research activities to identify total market opportunities in specific sectors and disease areas
Maps potential clients and assesses related opportunities
Maps competitors, their profile and presence in the market
Leads or supports market research projects
Understands market trends, e.g. expansion projects of current or potential future clients

Internal capability improvement
Understands, maps and analyzes the coverage of the client base by the sales force and proposes relevant changes to optimize coverage
Supports the development of proposals in how to maintain and develop business with Roche´s key accounts
Monitors the use of internal CRM system and provides recommendations for improvements
Supports to provide inputs on market trends and identify investment opportunities for business planning
Supports in the sales and marketing team’s target setting process, participates in the review of performance measures in the CRM and sales incentive system
Understands and analyzes marketing plans for Roche´s products
Works closely with the business areas, service and applications team to improve Roche´s overall market offering and meet client needs
Supports projects to monitor and improve resource effectiveness in the organization
Provides relevant data analysis to tender team/s and distribution team to optimize tender management and distributor management
Works closely with business team members and IT to have coherent, consistent and useful business reports, i.e. commercial excellence dashboards
Proposes training and skill improvement activities for the sales force and marketing teams
Participates or leads internal process improvement projects
Conduct business in full compliance with Roche Code of Conduct, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche guidelines on Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Behavior in Competition as well as Roche Values & Leadership Competencies

You are someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in either Finance disciplines or Marketing from a recognized university OR relevant scientific background enabling a comprehensive product and market understanding

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, market research or finance

Your project management experiences is a plus

Your CRM system experience is a plus

You are fluent in English (conversational & writing)

You are able to conduct market research

You are able to read, analyze and interpret financial reports

You are able to effectively present information to top management

You are able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

You are able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
