Job Description
1. Cost planning and controlling
* Budget allocation and aggregate cost centers planning for business plan and current forecast
* Prepare internal profit and loss statement
* Monitor overall plant target achievement and report total cost deviations
2. Commercial business partner
* Work in conjunction with manufacturing departments to support budget planning, quarterly forecasting and monthly business reporting
* Monitor budget spending, provide assessment of cost deviations and support to define saving measures
* Provide commercial consultancy on cost optimization and other inquiries on controlling processes
3. Functional controlling
* Direct productivity
* Production failure and risk cost
* Inter-company charges
4. System Continuous Improvement Process (SCIP) coordination
* Analyze operational data with cost KPI tree
* Facilitate the cost improvement review and suggest areas for cost optimization
* Monitor overall achievement of the SCIP cycle (3-month) and report saving measures to management
5. Other operational controlling tasks

Qualifications
1. Education:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
* Management accounting or financial controlling background is preferred
2. Work Experience:
* Minimum 4 years experience in budget planning and controlling in manufacturing company
* Experience in product cost calculation is a plus
* Familiar with SAP, planning and reporting tools
3. Traits & Skills:
* High competency in Excel to handle big data (planning and consolidation). Knowing macro is a plus.
* Good organization and time management skill
* Good English command, both verbal and written
* Strong presentation skills, ability to coordinate with other business partners and department heads
* Target oriented, careful with details, teamwork
