Senior Brand Supervisor

- Mainly in the building and implementation of the company’s branding included packaging (label, bottles, and carton) for all product under Nam Dương brand and communication plan for soy sauce & chili sauce segments.
- Market research/consumer survey & closely work with R&D team/production team to develop new products portfolio.
- Build and implement the branding and promotions plan for all channels (GT,MT & Horeca channel)
- Implement and control the ATL & BTL activities: TVC, digital, POSM, decorations items, events/seminars organizing…
- Work closely and effectively with internal designer & agency to deliver creative graphics/ artworks in different forms (electronics and print) that drive attention of our target audiences
- Consistently review, analyze and evaluate market requirements and recommend improvement of the marketing mix.

- Degree holder with at least 2 years’ of marketing experience.
- Experience in products launches would be added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Good stakeholder management and customer management.
- Good team player
