Senior Backend Developer (Node JS)

We at Roxwin have been building a state-of-the-art hospitality system and we are currently looking for Senior Backend Developers (NodeJS) who are a qualified candidate to join our Development team, to develop and maintain high-quality application system and support the entire application life cycle.

Job Description

•  Develop and maintain applications and services using: Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB
•  Create secured, scalable and high availability micro service system.
•  Design robust, scalable and secure features.
• Fixing and cleaning of bugs, and performing updates and upgrades to the infrastructure.
• Work closely with Team leader to provide ideas and solutions to the development of new features.
•  Assuring the progress of work assigned
• Implements feature customization based on the requirements from the users.
•  Verify database and data integrity.
•  Analyze the requirement and provide technical approaches
•  Implement new features
• Mentor or coach junior members to achieve a certain level of competency or performance to meet project’s objectives
• Willing to perform penetration testing on our system

Your Skills and Experience:

• Excellent skills about JavaScript, NodeJS, understanding Microservice is a big plus
• Experience with MongoDB, as well as indexing and query optimization
• Expertise in building a single page application including front-end routing, 2-way data binding, client-side rendering and JSON-based RESTFUL APIs
• Practice knowledge of website optimization techniques and fast page load times.
• Have experience work with third-party and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Developing applications with a strong focus on UI and UX design.
• Excellent at teamwork
• Experience with Docker is a plus.
• Experience with Amazon Web Service is a positive
• Creative thinking and good at problem solving
