Senior AX Coordinator (Workplace: Binh Duong)

A. POSITION SUMMARY:
• Senior AX Coordinator has the responsibility to support all users from all departments using AX system the right and efficient way. It requires to come up with the initiatives to improve business processes using AX system.

B. ACCOUNTABILITY SUMMARY:
• To AX user: Initiatives to improve processes, training and troubleshooting issues.
• To factory user: Support any issue on time.

C. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect the requirement from user and understand requirements and problems
• Understand the problem and help find a solution.
• Assist in testing prior to LIVE
• Good understanding of the business logic and hands-on experience
• Provide process flowchart also as the one-page summary of each requirement.
• Provide the training course for user of each department how to work on AX.

D. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:
• Ensure accurate process workflow.
• Timely and accuracy of responding to requirements.
• Skill and knowledge improvement.

SUPERVISOR: IT Application Manager (Ethan Cao).

• Using a variety of software packages, such as Dynamics AX 2009, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; devising and maintaining office systems.
• Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; to carry out process analysis.
• Understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to work in high-demanding environment, challenge problems team-oriented working.
• Very good self-learning, research, reading and quickly catch up with new working environment and latest IT technology.
• Ability to analysis and provide document also as development any requirements.
