Mô tả công việc
Report to: Partner/Managing Partner
Duties
• To support the Managing Partner of the Firm and others partner/ lawyers within the Firm;
To carry out research, advice and legal opinion work;
• To attend meetings with clients and other third parties;
• To draft documents;
• To liaise with government departments and organisations;
• To co-ordinate the preparation of Vietnamese and English language versions of documentation;
• To undertake business development activities;
• To assist in promotional activities and external legal assistance programmes organised or undertaken by the Firm;
• To perform such other tasks as would be usually carried out by lawyers within the Firm.

• To perform such other tasks as would be usually carried out by lawyers within the Firm.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements
• At least 6 years working in a foreign law firm or as in house counsel in a bank, oil and gas company, foreign invested enterprise or similar.
• At least one university degree in law (with excellent academic results)
• Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work individually and on the team as well as the ability to adapt effectively to various personalities
• Good comprehension of Microsoft office
• Familiarity and legal expertise in one or more of the following areas:
o Banking and finance;
o Corporate/commercial legal work;ba
o Foreign investment;
o Equitisation;
o Oil and gas;
o Securities;
o Real estate;
o Telecommunications
