Senior Associate of Business Planning & Promotion Department

Reports to:Head of Department

Key Tasks and responsibility:
Product Development (1st priority)
- Conduct market research, competitors analysis for the purpose of product development
- Draft new products guideline and prepare procedure manual;
- Keep track on validity, efficiency of new products being released and propose on amendment
- Provide continuous advice to branches, sales staff about company’s products

Business planning and promotion (2nd priority)
- Data compilation of business figures for performance analysis
- Supporting business divisions for sales activities, such as co-visiting and providing proposals
- Supporting business divisions in various aspects for improvement for effective business operation

Performance standards
- Compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Good demonstration of financial knowledge and business sense

Knowledge and technical skills: Financial knowledge, business analysis skills

Experience
- Working experience in finance area
- Working experience with joint venture companies (preferable)

Interaction and communication
- Fluent English and/or Japanese speaker
- Building relationship
- Good teamwork skill, willing to support others

Thinking: Logical, strategic, open minded, legal and fair thinking
