Senior Associate Learning and Development (L&D)

Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Learning & Development Admin Manager, the L&D Senior Associate is responsible for
providing proactive and consultative L&D services to the Lines of Services (LoS), with the support of the
L&D team, and peers across the country to ensure commonality and consistency of the PwC L&D
approach across the business. This is accomplished through:
● Managing these aspects of the training cycle based on quality and timeliness (Pre-course and
post-course preparations, on the job support during training and preparing data for reporting);
● Providing guidance to L&D policies, programs and processes as necessary while ensuring
alignment with local and MYVN strategies;
● Working collaboratively with the L&D team, HC colleagues, peers in all offices;
● Timely data preparation of global reporting and internal reporting requirements;
● Being involved in the preparation and monitoring of L&D budgets;
● Participating, when required, in HC and non-HC projects and initiatives, local and national, as
needed.

● Undergraduate degree specialising in Human Resources, Business Administration and other
relevant fields
● A minimum of 3+ years of experience in training and development, or relevant fields;
● Demonstrated steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities;
● A history of success in supporting training & development initiatives;
● Experience in the execution of all facets of training & development;
● The ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese, consult with others, build
relationships, deliver presentations and understand change management;
● Excellent judgment and strong problem solving skills, including the ability to analyse and
understand the financial impact of relevant options;
● Professionalism and integrity;
● Ability to perform under time constraints to meet deadlines;
