Job Summary:
- The Senior Assistant Manager reports to the Senior Manager, NBUW and is responsible for managing and supervising UW.
- The major responsibilities include building a strong UW service in NB department across the Company, ensuring that the Company achieves industry leading UW standards measured against competitors’ benchmarks; meeting or exceeding service expectation of clients and all distribution channels. These objectives are to be achieved with improved productivity, unit costs and strong compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements.
- In addition to the above, the Senior Assistant Manager will also be assigned some projects from time to time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effective manage all the underwriters under his/her charge, ensuring high quality service standards and service efficiency
- Ensure appropriate support and procedures are updated
- Effectively support all distribution channels
- Ensure underwriting cases are processed in accordance with the corporate guidelines and standards
- Underwrite medical cases, pol change/Claims referred to UW, re-declaration, non-disclosure
- Support product development, preparing user requirement and UAT
- Communicate with other departments or partners in NBUW/CXT projects as assigned
- Other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated
- Professional insurance or financial qualifications
- Min 3 years working experience in operations of a life insurance or financial services environment at senior position
- Business analytical (BA).
- Resourceful and fast learner
- Good communication skills both in English & VNese
- Independent and has the ability to work under pressure
