Mô tả công việc
* Major Accountabilities:
Handle PD new channels’ recruitment & training process, including:
- Receive and validate advisor documents for recruitment & training
- Provide instruction and support for training & recruitment process.
- Record advisor profile and training profile to system
- File hard copy of advisor documents
- Co-work with related departments – F&A, Ops, IT, A&P to assure sale quality and provide best service/support to Sale force
- Contribute operating process & system enhancement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Insurance knowledge/experience (LOMA 280, 290 are required)
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- English is preferable
- Logical thinking and analysis ability
- Effective communication
- Strong collaboration & negotiation
* Education and Experience:
- University graduate, prioritize economics/finance/banking
- Insurance Experience of working independently in high pressure and team working spirit.
- Distribution administration experience is preferable
- PD administration experience is preferable
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- English is preferable
