・  Make the design from the bidding stage until the project is completed under the management of the Manager and General Manager with various types of projects: industrial, civil and public works.
・  Implement concept design, basic design, technical design, specification and other tasks as assigned by superiors.
・ Ability to develop and review the application drawings and documents for obtaining the Construction Permit.
・ Work directly with the other Departments, Site Team, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Government authorities.
・ Check the construction site periodically during the construction period
・ Report weekly tasks for the Manager and Department Head.

・Ability to communicate well in English
・ Male or Female from 27 to 40 years-old
・Graduated from the University of Architecture
・ More than 07 experience years of architecture design
・ Architecture Design Certificate - Class 1
・Understand detailed construction drawings and structures
・Understand design and construction regulations well to apply for work
・Proficiency in Revit software, Auto-CAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, Microsoft Office, 3 D-Max or Sketch-up, ..
・Be careful, creative, dynamic and self-motivated, and have a sense of responsibility
・Willing to go on business or work on the site during construction time
