Senior Architect (Technical)

• Possessing knowledge of design techniques, tool, and principles involved in production of schematic design through construction drawings.
• Producing high-quality accurate design drawings, technical documents, construction details and design presentations for all project stages.
• Producing specifications, conducting shop drawing reviews and attending project coordination meetings as well as client & consultant meetings.

** Requirements:
• Accredited university degree in architecture and have minimum of 5 years experience for Architect position & minimum 10 years experience in an architectural firm.

** Candidate should
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketchup is a must. Proficiency in BIM is an asset.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Knowledge in Vietnam building codes and drawing standards is an asset.
• Professional registration is an asset.
