Senior Architect / Landscape Architect (Manager)

• Working closely with the Design Director, oversee the design process and deliverables through all phases of a project, establish project direction and work within project budgets and schedules.
• Manage teams and all deliverables in relation to the project and coordinating with external consultants and internal project teams. The manager is to ensure the team’s delivery of work packages are within a timely manner and to professional standards and quality
• Coordinate with clients to analyze their goals, needs and resources and develop works following the client’s brief requirements.
• Support Company Partners and Managers in setting business directions
• Prepare project reports to submit to the clients
• Quality control for design production
• Foster and cultivate good client relationships
• Mentor and train intermediate and junior colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working time: Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 18h00.

• Bachelor / Masters in Landscape Architecture or Architecture with 5 years’ professional experience.
• Collaboration, team focus with good client communication skills and the ability to think differently - persuasive and engaging to build positive relationships
• Exceptional design calibre, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to work on a portfolio of projects of varying scales and typologies
• Good working knowledge of Provincial Building Code
• Familiarity with Master Planning practice in Viet Nam including planning standards and local regulations
• Self-motivated to build up and expand the company’s market footprint and influence in Viet Nam
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Solid project experiences throughout the full services of architectural / landscape design phases, from concept, schematic, design development, tender, construction drawings, and authorship monitoring
• Proficiency in Software/Technology: AutoCAD, 3D Software knowledge preferred (Sketchup or Max), Microsoft Office (including Excel), Presentation Software (Image Ready, Power Point or Photoshop), Microsoft Project skills an advantage.
• Have a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
• Be able to take initiative in response to direction, meet deadlines and manage your time.
