Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the management and operation of the project; manage the architecture design from concept to construction stage;
- Follow up the project and control the schedule of the project
- Deal with clients, authorities, vendors and so on
- Discuss the basic idea with the General Manager and Chief Architect; develop it with the project team members
- Manage/cooperate to the project team members including architecture, structure, MEP and outsourcing companies
- Responsible for checking, monitoring and reporting to the General Manager and Chief Architect
- Follow company’s design procedures, training Junior Architect.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 7 years working experience in architectural design firm.
- Experience in building design for Office, Residence, Hotel, Hospital, etc.can be advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, 3Ds MAX, Photoshop, Sketch Up will be an advantage)
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture
Master’s or higher degree in architecture is preferable
- Familiar with design codes for variety project types; knowledge of Vietnamese design standards and legal regulations
- Management skills, presentation skills.
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, self-motivated and hard working
- Male or Female, over 30 years old, Vietnamese
- English skills is preferable
*SALARY: negotiate/ based on experience and skills
*Need CV in English and Portfolio explaining clearly your position and involvement in the projects presented

13th month salary
17 vacation days ( 12 days of annual leave & 5 summer holidays)
5 working days a week / Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)

Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance: as per law. Full social security contributions: 100% of the net salary Furthermore, contributions for the two months of probation are also applied after signing the official labor contract.
