Senior Architect

Mission

- Coordination of the department related to project design that best suits the requirements;
- Coordination and division of work in the group;
- Chaired design, working with consultants to provide design requirements best suited;

Activities

Function 1: Insert the information requested and received from the Expansion department to analyze, to idea the concept
- Receive information from Expansion department;
- Study and approval;
- Direct to general ideas for new projects;
- Exchange of information between the parties involved to have a feasibility reports of new project;

Function 2: Steer building ideas
- The idea of planning the master plan;
- The idea of internal communication planning Supermarket and Commercial Corridor;
- The idea design interior & exterior;

Function 3: Coordination team
Coordination team drawings:
- Architectural Design (surface, vertical, cross-sectional, perspective);
- Functional areas, walls, partitions, ceilings, floors, doors, WC district;
- Interior design and furniture details;
- Premises and equipment statistics supermarket;
- Detailed design and synthesis of office furniture;
- Architectural design exterior (entrance, facade, signage, logo ...);

Function 4: Coordinate with Consultants
- Coordinate team working with the consultant to provide specific solutions for the technical work to ensure the criterion of the Big C in terms of: quality, structural solutions, engineering solutions (power, water, air conditioning, ventilation, fire ...), energy solutions;

Function 5: Coordinate with Project Manager
- Support project manager at the site, coordinate with project managers to make decisions at the appropriate adjustment on-site;
- Support for Project Management updated information from the relevant departments;

Function 6: Research project to renovate the old new design
- To design new studies to be included in the design to renovate the old project to achieve consistency; in terms of functionality and image of the whole system;
- Research new ideas from group to apply in practice in Vietnam to match;
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors;

- Graduated Architectural University School of Architecture or equivalent;
- Having 08 years experience or more;
- Fluency in English or French;
- Have expertise in project design and furniture, apply the basic principles of architecture and enhanced to achieve the best results in design, offering quality project;
- Understand the regulations, rules and standards of the state of architectural design;
- The ability to coordinate and coordinate the department, the team members;
- Understand the operation of the commercial center;
- Ability to interior design ideas;
- Ability to apply technology and ideas to each project;
- Ability to implement engineering design;
- Ability to support Project Manager on-site;
- Presentation Skills;
- Excellent at: Autocad, Photoshop, 3D Max (or similar software), information office, Power point;
