Senior Application Technology Technician for Flexible Packaging Bu.

1. Efficient and effective customer technical support in regard to applications, solutions and services
2. Implementation of standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements
3. Cooperation with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs
4. Continuous market and competitor observation from the technology point of view to ensure the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs
5. Project management to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards – monitored by senior colleague
6. Resolution of technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
7. Compliance with HSE rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards within the area of responsibility
8. IAM technology application on a regional basis to ensure international accounts have state-of-the-art technology solutions and services
9. Accurate and comprehensive documentation and reporting on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards
10. Deal with external technical partners, market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility as well as cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group
11. Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise
12. Support overall regional/BU sales strategy and objectives
13. Participation in various inter-company projects

1. Technology degree in printing, Chemistry or science
2. Min. 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.)
3. International experience appreciated
