Mô tả công việc
•To be responsible for both commercial and mortgage valuation and producing the valuation reports.
•Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuations and arrange property inspections.
•Develop complex financial modelling and prepare feasibility study report throughout Vietnam and the region.
•Maintain a file system for the completed valuation reports.
•Supervise data collection, producing updates of database and case studies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
•At least 2 - year experience in the property or valuation.
•University graduate, preferably majoring in Real Estate or Valuation.
•Must have strong writing ability plus analytical and communicative skills
•Obtaining status of MOF licensed valuer and RICS registered valuer is a plus.
•English proficiency
