• Establishment, maintenance and review of the database management system for the data bank of specific asset classes
• Conduct primary research (e.g. site visits, phone interviews), conduct secondary research, collect data, organize data, analyse data, update data
• Monitor market news, analyse market trends, present data summary, write reports
• Drafting and ensuring the timely delivery of research reports, and write-ups in the press/various publications to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm.
• Preparation of presentation materials.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University degree, preferably majoring in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics.
Fresh graduates with master degree at oversea and good academic background are preferred.
Good analytical skills, numerical skills, communication skills (in both English & Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate confidence, consistency, independence, results-orientation and teamwork
