Senior Analyst, Collection Work Preparation - Fieldwork Management

Job Purpose
This role is required at our Senior Executive (Supervisor level)
Work with our Input Operations (IO) belong to Regional Team (Centre of Excellence - CoE), handling Field Work team/ Field work management in Vietnam
Ensure inputs are correctly & timely set up to provide the Input Operations and Collection teams all the required information, instructions, training and system settings to perform their work in the back end/field.

Job Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains master catalogs, which are master files that are created and loaded during the set-up and maintained by the user during the production
- Ensures the accuracy and correct timing of automatic processes
- Delivers instructions and training for new hires or current resources in IO
- Optimizes work orders configuration in order to minimize the resources needed while improving the quality of work (< errors imputed) and cycle time
- Creates/Maintains work orders which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured (the activity, group of products in scope, facts, stores, calendar, frequency of collection, etc)
- Maintains standardization & synergy in the instructions created for the field
- Sets up system for ad-hoc requirements
- Accountable for the collector configuration whose objective is to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of the data collected in the LHHT (Light Handheld Tools), and also improve the productivity of the Auditor
- Responsible for the authoring/programming of surveys (SFA & RES) in the Nielsen Digital Collection Tool (DCT)
- Communicates when UI (User Interface) issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and gives follow up to them by raising and chasing tickets until a solution is applied and the issues are resolved
- Manages, aligns and coordinates with Input Operational functional teams and other business units to ensure all inputs and processes are received, shared and executed according to timelines
- Understands and knows the reality, particularities, process flows and practices of each market in scope
- Has deep knowledge of data collection process incl. tool (LHHT / DCT) and audit instruction (e.g. categories / characteristics definitions, audit SOPs, etc)

- Bachelor degree with 3+ years working experiences (preferably in statistics, maths, engineering, business, logistics or marketing)
- Fluent English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region)
- Critical thinking/ Good at Analyzing skills
- Good Microsoft , Excel proficiency, working on Google sheets
- Good Communication & Presentation skills
