Senior & Junior Technical Service Engineer (Pumps or Equivalent Industrial Segment)

Provide excellent service to customers to meet their expectations
- Being in charge of starting up, commissioning, after sales service of industrial pump- Commissioning, troubleshoot and maintain products or equipment.
- Support activities such as installation, inspection and adjustment of pump performance
- Provide interaction with customers on the installed equipment.
- Response to customer service calls
- Develop relationships with customers in close co-operation with the responsible of sales team, application team
- Support consulting and guiding customer on how to use the company products (services), equipments
- Responsible for tool maintenance

Adding for SENIOR position:
• Continuously standardize and improve the onsite service
• Cooperate with other teams to setup and optimize the cross functional processes
• Responsible for employees' development
• Training/instruction staffs.
+ Ensure training/instruction is performed for new employees and effective.
+ Ensure on-going training/instruction staff if any changes
• Build up the Pumping System Audit (check, evaluate, consult)
• Responsible for Pumping Lecture and train to Customers in-house (including seminar/workshop)
• Manage cost and profit for all onsite contracts (if any)

- Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Years of experience: at least 02 years for Junior position; at least 05 years for Senior position of relevant experience (with Pumps is an advantage)
- Able to work independently, be active and work under stress from customer.
- Willing to travel and stay at site as the job requires
- Technical training and presentation skill.
- Logic minded.
- Good health
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and documents in English
