Mô tả công việc
Key deliverables :
- Reporting – produce accurate and timely reports, look for ways to present data in clear and meaningful ways
- Event registration – create, distribute and track registration forms as required, ensure registration captures all required information and forms are professionally presented
- Finance – liaise with ASPAC finance to understand invoicing requirements, follow up with presenters, suppliers etc as required
- People Team Inbox(s) management – ensure emails are responded to in a timely and professional manner, forward emails as appropriate for actioning, file emails in a consistent and practical manner
- Customer and stakeholder point of contact – present a professional, helpful and positive
- ASPAC People portal updates – ensure content is up-to-date and professionally presented
GLMS
— CPE’s
- Feedback – identify requirements for feedback forms and work with the Support – Administrator to distribute, collate and report feedback
- Invoicing – liaise with ASPAC finance to identify invoicing requirements and work with Support – Administrator to action
CPE’s – work with Event leads to identify CPE allocation and ensure Support – Administrator updates GLMS accordingly
Key role :
- Understand the business goals of our region and internal stakeholders.
- Work with colleagues and take a design thinking approach to ensure we create relevant and engaging events.
- Take an active role in workshops and other events (live and virtual) as agreed, this could be design, coordination or delivery.
- Contribute to ensuring events provide an engaging user experience from registration, to participation, to post follow up.
- Build strong relationships across global, regional and local People Teams to encourage collaboration for consistency and efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with learning trends and look for ways to enhance learning effectiveness
- Work on special projects to ensure that ASPAC People Team continues to deliver outstanding learning and engagement opportunities
- Be involved in the wider regional people agenda as appropriate, bringing a seamless and world-class people experience to our internal customers.
- Contribute to timely tracking and reporting as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
— A minimum of three years in a human resources, L&D or event coordination role
— Energy, enthusiasm, sense of initiative with strong people and relationship-building skills
— Self- motivated, able to work on multiple projects
— Experience within professional services will be a plus
— Good Microsoft skills essential
— Knowledge of Sharepoint will be useful
— Ability to travel overseas if required
