- Analyze sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of the campaigns and work closely with Brand & Sales teams to ensure winning choices for key channels and meet end consumer's needs & wants.
- Work closely with supporting teams to develop and deliver strategies, platforms and plans for prioritized regions
- Monitor the execution of trade activation strategies, platforms and plans for the Central region to ensure the sooth activities in the in-charge area.
- Manage the execution of the campaigns to have proper actions, if any.
- Manage budget

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field in FMCG
- Decision-making skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
- Good English skills
- Microsoft Office
