Senior Accounting Supervisor

- 根据越南的政策法规，合理的税收筹划。符合越南国家政策和企业情况的结算和价格体系，确保企业稳步增长
- According to Vietnam's policies and regulations, reasonable tax planning.
In line with Vietnam's national policy and enterprise situation settlement and price system to ensure steady business growth。

- 负责越南各地各公司办事处的资产管理、会计核算、成本费用核算和分析工作；每月进行财务状况分析，报表制作，申报纳税等工作
- Responsible for asset management, accounting, cost accounting and analysis of company offices throughout Vietnam, monthly financial analysis, reporting, tax filing, etc.

- 制定符合越南国家规定的报销制度，进行费用审核（发票，费用系统），并严格执行集团报销政策。
- Develop a reimbursement system in accordance with Vietnam's national regulations, conduct expense audits (invoices, expense systems), and strictly implement the Group reimbursement policy.

- 国内外公司办事处财务的对接，逐渐学会将越南财务数据转化成中国财务数据
- The financial interface between domestic and foreign corporate offices, and gradually learn to convert Vietnam's financial data into Chinese financial data

- 内部审计，以及对标审计机构
- Internal audit, as well as standard audit institutions
- 负责公司与越南政府、中介机构、银行、税务、工商等相关财务系统的政府公共关系的协调与联系；

- Responsible for the coordination and liaison of government public relations with the Government of Vietnam, intermediaries, banks, taxation, industry and commerce and other related financial systems;
- 协助集团财务经理制定，维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，执行年度、季度财务计划；

- To assist the Group's Finance Manager in the development, maintenance and improvement of the Company's financial management procedures and policies, and to implement annual and quarterly financial plans;

- 协助集团财务经理开展财务部与内外的沟通与协调工作；
- To assist the Group Finance Manager in the communication and coordination between the Finance Department and the inside and outside;

- 完成集团财务经理交给的其他工作。
- Complete other work assigned to us by the Group Finance Manager.
- 试用期3个月, 跟据测评达到80分（能力和态度）, 转正式员工。

1. Vocational School or above 中专以上学历；
2. High sense of responsibility and careful. 责任心强，工作认真仔细谨慎；
3. Resist high pressure. 具有极强的抗压能力；
4. Good internal and external communication and coordination 有较强的内外部沟通协调能力；
5. Good Chinese Language Skill 有良好的中文语言能力
6. Good English Language Skill 有良好的英文语言能力。
7. Foreign investment manufacturing company background 曾就职于外商投资企业
8. Import/Export experience/background 有进出口方面的经验或背景。
9. At least 15 years Accounting/Finance experience 至少15年的会计/财务工作经验
10. Salary from $1,500 - $2000 工资从1,500-2,000美金。
