INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is seeking 01 qualified person to fulfill vacancy of Accounting Staff for our Finances and Accounting Department
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for booking imports, expenses relating to import such as forwarding fee, insurance, transportation…
- Inventory Control: Manage and make inventory report of goods, finished product.
- Calculation and making report of material consumption.
- Responsibility to make monthly aging report (A/P).
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive salary, Annual salary revision based on performance.
- Bonus: maximum = 5 months salary/1 year & minimum = 2 months salary/1 year.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- University Graduated, major in Accountant/ Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 02 -03 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounting (general accountant is an advantage)
- Prior experience in Manufacturing/ Export Process Enterprise (EPE)
- Good practical knowledge of accounting software including data entry, reporting (Effect software is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
- Language: English limited working proficiency
- Good sense of organization and responsibility; Hard – working and detail- oriented.
