Senior Accounting Manager

• Responsible for a portfolio clients and lead subordinate staff;
• Handle full set accounts, tax returns and tax queries on behalf of clients;
• Liaise with clients and external parties on accounting, audit and taxation matters;
• Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues;
• Provide full spectrum of company secretarial, regulatory compliance and corporate governance services to group and its’ clients
• Organize and attend meetings of Shareholders, Directors for the group and its’ clients
• Monitor changes in relevant regulations and provide appropriate advice to senior management and the board of directors to ensure corporate governance compliance
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including CFO, solicitors and regulatory bodies, etc
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required;
• 6-day work (Saturday Working is Flexible)

• Degree holder, major in accounting;
• Professional accounting qualification preferred;
• Over 8 years working experience in professional service and/or CPA firms with minimum 5 years at supervisory level;
• Hands on PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system;
• Must be initiative, independent and strong motivation;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficient in written and spoken English;
