Senior Accountants (3 Persons)

A. Sales/ Receivable Accountant (1 person):
1. Sales Accounting:
• Monitoring of cash receipt and reconciled for customer code;
• Controlling data of sales vehicle
• Monitoring of sales policy, selling price;
• Reviewing of Sales/Delivery report of vehicle;
• Posting volume of cash receipts on a daily basis;
• Performing account reconciliations and monthly revenue analysis report.
2. Controlling of accounts receivable:
• Preparation of month-end report for revenue, account receivable;
• Reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable debts
• Processing dealers invoices and maintained accurate accounting records and files;
• Maintained a high level of teamwork and focus, while striving to prepare monthly journal entries and deliverables in the most efficient and accurate manner.
3. Controlling of VAT/SCT output report:
• Reviewing and verifying VAT invoices before getting GM's signature;
• Preparation of month-end report for VAT, SCT output

B. Treasury (1 person):
1. Banking transactions:
• Preparing payment orders and list/ contract/ commitment (if any) for banks
• Inputting data/ arrange and store documents
• Following up bank charge in month with bank
• Checking balance bank statements of cash outflow to make sure all payments being processed
• Printing cash books at the end of months (bank)
• Following up missing documents and submit for bank
• Following up bank charge and time deposit in month with banks
2. Cashier:
• Payment and receiving by cash on hand
• Checking the balance of cash on hand in the end of month with Chief Accountant
• Printing cash books at the end of months (cash)

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 experienced-years in accounting/ banking
• Experienced in working with accounting software is prefered
• Good English communication/ MS Offfice
• Well organized, hard-working, honest and abe to work under pressure
