Senior Accountant

• Work closely and regularly communicate with entire team on all budgeting and accounting issues
• Responsible for timely documentation and control of Payables, Receivables, Collections, Inventory and Petty Cash
• Ensure the accuracy of all accounting and bookkeeping
• Assist with Human Resource and Administrative duties as assigned, including regulatory requirements
• Conduct all activities at international standards with a professional, confidential, mature demeanor, dress, and attitude

Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English (will be tested in interview process)
• University Degree in Accounting or Finance (preference given for international study)
• Experience in International or English language organization
• Minimum 3 years full-time professional accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (will be tested in interview process)

Requirements
• Must live in or relocate to Hoi An area at start of employment, with one time relocation expense
• Flexible work schedule, domestic travel, including some overtime and holiday as needed
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred
• Non-smokers only
