Mô tả công việc
1. Handling the full spectrum of the day to day accounting activities of the company.
2. Reviews and check the payment request and provide the necessary accounting entries
3. Maintains database by entering, reviewing and verifying data of each transaction.
4. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (PNL, BS and CF).
5. Ensures financial regulations are being complied with in all accounting transactions and business activities.
6. Timely closing of accounts and performing of bank reconciliation.
7. Perform monthly billing and sending of statement of accounts to clients.
8. Assist the Finance Manager on the planning of the payable payments.
9. Create a systematic filing system for easy access and records retrieval.
10. Follow up on collections and ensures adherence to credit control policy.
11. Handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of accounting, financial reporting and treasury.
2. Excellent analytical & financial modeling background.
3. Well organized with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
4. Proven track record of self-management and time management.
5. Ability to handle fast paced changing environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
7. Proven ability to perform to strict deadlines.
8. High degree of proficiency with Excel and Database
