Senior Accountant

- Bookkeeping accounting transactions into accounting software daily.
- Trade Union tasks: prepare annual budget, make reports as required, prepare receipt and payment voucher.
- VAT: check VAT invoices, prepare list of VAT input for quarterly VAT declaration, support Account Manager in preparation of VAT refund yearly.
- PIT: prepare document to register PIT code for new recruited if needed on the first joining week, and register employee’s dependents if needed.
- CIT: prepare CIT declaration yearly.
- Prepare financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, cash flow monthly and yearly.
- Work directly with tax authorities, the bank, and internal & external auditors.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Issue invoices to the clients in Europe daily and monthly.
- Submit Statistics, Tax, DPI reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Build and maintain close relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by General Director and Head of Accounting.
- For this position, you will report to Head of Accounting.

- Proficiency in English communication, both in verbal and written (at least TOEIC 750) is a must.
- At least 2 years working experience in general accountant position and having general knowledge in service company/ agency environment is preferable.
- University/ college graduate in Accounting/Auditing.
- Customer service oriented, friendly and team player mindset, open-minded and outgoing personality.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to work independently as well as willingly support colleagues.
- High accuracy in numbers and attention to details, commitment to deadlines.
