Job description:
• Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transaction in organization
• Prepare tax Reports (VAT, PIT, CIT. Financial Statement, license tax, rental tax…) and submit to authorizes
• Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
• Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budgets variances and report the same to management
• Response to Accounting inquiries from Management in a timely fashion
• Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures
• Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization
• Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs
• Prepare consolidation for Vietnam and Lao branches
• Build business model & forecast for ADI holdings

Qualification:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• High attention to detail
• 02 – 04 years of accounting and/ or auditing experience
• Logical thinking & good organization skills
• Strong problem solving skills; hardworking, enthusiasm
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely work in accordance with deadlines;
• Self-motivated, independent and result oriented
• Intellectual curiosity and the drive to improve and grow Company’s business
