Senior Accountant

*Reporting: Chief Accountant
* Subsidiary: DN,HP,HCM accountant

*JOB DESCRIPTION
• Being a member of Claim team, Credit Control team, Internal Audit team, Netting & Small netting team
• Prepare and tracking the weekly/monthly AR/AP accounts
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow statement
• Checking the daily recording transactions of receiving and payment through cash and Bank
• Monthly VAT,CIT,PIT, withholding tax
• Commission Report
• Issue Debit note for payment on behalf
• Being in charge of Logistics costing tracking.
• Monthly office and management expense.
• Prepare and running monthly prepaid/accrual transaction
• In charge of cash & bank reconciliation with bank statement online
• Other jobs assigned by superior

• Bachelor of Finance and Accounting and/or above
• English communication/ Chinese is plus
• Knowledge of international accounting System, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Should know about the relevant computer applications
• Must be proficient in data entry and management
• Must be organized and pay attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work with teams
