JOB SUMMARY
Being responsible for management accounting functions in Terumo BCT (TBV) and work closely with the Vietnam Leadership team. This position reports to the Finance Manager of TBV.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in business planning, prepare and coordinate the annual standard cost budget
• Do product simulations as required.
• Involve/be the champion of continuous improvement and/or cost reduction initiatives with collaborative supports from cross-functions and higher level / management.
• Perform monthly accounting close and reports for Vietnam Plant as assigned.
• Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
• Support department head on best practices implementation in order to demonstrate robust internal controls across functions.
• Work closely with production to seek for improvement of labor productivity / efficiency.
• In charge of monthly slide deck under assigned areas.
• Support for monthly PV forecast as assigned
• Support SC/WH in yearly and weekly cycle inventory count and reconcile of inventories discrepancies as planned.
• Clarify and be the advisor for day-to-day transactions posting into the System.
• Ensures that the accounting activities are in compliance with the corporate and other related guidelines.
• Be the contact point for internal and external audit matters related

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate at least with related major.
- Communication ability in English.
- Management / costing accounting experience: 2 years or more in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Prefer experience in a global company.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting system or will be learned on training.
- Knowledge/experience of ERP system, SAP system is preferred.
- Team work and can be work under high pressure.
- Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work.
- Communication ability in English.
