Mô tả công việc
1. Accounting & Reporting
Manage daily operation of Accounting Department to achieve Department objectives
- Check all payment vouchers
- Post bank voucher, file bank voucher
- Make a payment orders, check bank account & reconcile.
- Tracking expense & budget
- Master files of data are updated.
- Send request to related person to update accruals, check accruals when receive from team and work on system for monthly legal book closing, ensure proper accruals.
- Maintenance fixed assets Register
- Check Vat invoice before issuing
- Preparing for VAT, FCT… reports for monthly declaration
- Follow up AR/AP aging reports
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Master Cash-flow review report
- Perform other duties as assigned.
2. Internal Controls
- Work with other Departments to make sure internal control system of company is complied with Group and local requirements
- Ensures effectiveness of internal controls within all accounting processes
- Ensure that local regulations and policies is updated and accounting system operates properly.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA degree in Accounting faculty
- At least 4 years’ experience for international company
- Knowledge of finance principles
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Knowledge of local Vietnamese laws regarding accounting, finance, and taxation
- Experience in general accounting will be an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- A high level of computer literacy especially in MS Excel
- Fluent English
Salary - Attractive salary with bonus
Fixed Allowances - New Year Holiday VND 500,000
- Tet’s gifts (Female satff only) VND 1,000,000
- Tet Holiday VND 1,000,000
- Int’l Women Day (Female staff only) VND 500,000
- Labor Day VND 500,000
- Int’l Children Day (amount per child) VND 200,000
- Vietnam Woman Day (Female only) VND 300,000
