Senior Accountant

1. Description
Daily tasks:
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Invoicing - producing within system, printing, formatting, collation of invoice and supporting documents, mailing
- Update receivables from Bank statement to Accounts Receivable report
- Liaising with customer queries ( via phone and email)
- Preparation of daily delivery notice to various customers
- Collecting and photo coping supporting documents
- Emailing warehouse on missing Delivery Orders (DO) based on invoices to customer

Weekly tasks:
- Intercompany transactions - reconcile system vs actual movement of goods
- Aged accounts receivable report

Monthly tasks:
- Preparation of draft sales report, cross checking against General Ledger account and totals within Trial Balance
- Scanning invoices and providing drafted invoices to customers (25th onwards)
- Statement of account to customers (25th onwards)

Basic requirements:
- Work hours include Saturday

Special requirements:
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Office
- Previous use of BAAN or similar ERP program
- At least 2 year experience at the same position
