Title : Senior Accountant
Reporting : Finance Manager
Location : Long Thanh, Dong Nai
***Responsibility:
Oversee daily accounting activities, including bank/cash report, invoice, and ensure these comply with the company's policies and tax's regulations
Ensure collection of outstanding debts & payable to vendors are timely processed within the respective credit terms
Maintain the company Fixed Assets
Responsible for weekly payment transactions to ensure every pay out transactions are accurately and timely
Monthly closing GL booking as salary expense, insurance, depreciation, accrual and prepayment…
Responsible for month end closing and monthly financial report, tax declaration (CIT, WHT, VAT)
Reconcile, maintain bank and balance sheet accounts monthly basic
Develop and implement financial policies and procedure that ensure complete, accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting
Manage accounting books and documents, included: contracts, invoices, and related documents
Deal with external auditors, banker and other relevant parties;
Other tasks will be assigned by Finance Manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as the same position
CPA and Taxation certification preferred
Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of SAP
Vietnam and international accounting standards and practices, Vietnam taxation
Honesty, integrity, reliable and dependable, hard working, perseverance, detailed and thorough
Numerate, analytical, logical and follow-through skills
Ability to communicate with all organizational
