Senior Accountant

hungry, creative problem-solvers. A Senior Accountant actively manages the compliance of internal
labor regulations and the union works in the Accounting Department.

What you’ll work on:
● Prepare some monthly reports such as cash flow, AR/AP balance, Inventory report, Fixed assets
& allocation, Profit and loss, Trial balance ...
● Check all vouchers and transactions in the system.
● Input and follow up the revenue monthly in the system.
● Declare VAT & Statistic report quarterly.
● Draft forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, operating expenses, capital
expenditures, and other related areas.
● Implement financial planning recommendations.
● Determine the cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
● Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual operation results with forecasts.
● Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends;
recommending actions to management.
● Reconcile transactions by comparing and analyzing the data in the system.
● Monitor sale contracts and issues related to customers, such as domestic VAT invoice, monthly
debt confirmation, bank guarantee (if any)… as well as work closely with domestic sale man for
all issues related to customers.

What you’ll bring to the table:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
● At least 5 years of experience in Senior Accountant position or similar role in Financial/
Accounting management.
● Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting System.
● Competent with strategic planning and good coordination skills with other internal
departments.
● Familiar with SAP or ERP system, Competent with Microsoft Office, great excel skills
● Good communication, negotiation skills
● Very fluent in English both writing and speaking.
