Mô tả công việc
• Payment control and review: obtain, verify, classify, and confirm AP invoice from vendors and other departments for the legitimacy and deductibility of expenses for AP team to post into SAP system in compliance with Local rules & Group Policies, ensure payments are submitted to Treasury timely.
• Managing Concur system to ensure all travel expenses are compliced with Travel Group Polices.
• Prepare accounting entries relating to operation expenses, personnel expenses, prepaid, accruals in compliance with Tax, Accounting rules, Group Policies
• Account reconciliation, GL account review and analysis the variances to support budget/ forecast period.
• Support in monthly VAT and FCT declarations, Tax Audit: ensure supporting docs are in accordance with tax regulations and identify expenses subject to FCT,
• Together APAC Shared Service Team to maintain AP Shared Service Tasks for APAC countries
• Support Internal & External Audits
• Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education (School/Specialization): Major in Accounting, Finance
• Primary Language: Vietnamese
• Other Language: English
• Years of Experience: At least 4 years
• SAP experience is priority
• Very good excel skills
• Proactive in communication and can-do attitude
• Experience in VAT refund application and tax audit support is preferable
• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with diversified culture (cross-functions)
• Primary Language: Vietnamese
• Other Language: English
• Years of Experience: At least 4 years
