Mô tả công việc
We are looking for 2 senior accountants as below:
1. Senior Costing Accountant:
- Control costing process, including but not limited to:
+ Improve Overhead Expenses Management Process: cost reduction plan, budget management.
+ Improve Material Cost calculation process such as: analysis material cost, improve accuracy of yearly planning, rolling target and monthly forecast.
- Control closing schedule:
+ Make closing schedule and manage related departments to keep Head Quarter time line.
+ Co-work with related departments to looking solution solving problem.
2. Senior Payable Accountant:
- Daily check AP regular expense (all related with AP/AR of all kind of expense in company...)
- Manage physical checking yearly.
- Weekly Cash forecast (cash in – cash out)
- Review and continue improving AR/AP general process, inventory process…
- Perform more complex accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Reconcile more complex accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure that the general ledger is accurate
- Other task will be assigned by Accounting Manager / Finance Part Leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years experience.
- Independent working under pressure
- Creative, Teamwork with good negotiation skill.
- Knowledge about Manufacturing Costing Process and Finance Reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow)...
- Good skill of MS Office, special in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
- Experience in ERP, SAP Power user is advantage.
- Good communication in English.
- Independent working under pressure
