Mô tả công việc
1. Revenue (vehicles)
- Maintaining the Contract database of sales(vehicles) Administrative budget
- Entering of wholesale revenue related invoices and receipts received
- Reconciling recurred revenue on a monthly basis
- Preparation of VAT/SCT reports related to revenues
- Preparing account receivable, advance receipt report of Dealers
- Preparing A/R reconciliations. Identify and to resolve any variances
- Preparing the monthly trial balance aging reports from all accounts receivable
- Monitoring of sales policy and checking the implementation in accordance with the sales policy
- Reviewing of Sales/Delivery report of vehicle
- Posting volume of cash receipts on a daily basis.
2. Sub-material:
- Controlling quantity & amount the input, output & balance of sub material, MMO, Gas & diesel
- Following MMO, sub material, gas & diesel in transit
- Following up the account payable of materials
- Preparing account payable report of suppliers
3. Fix asset:
- Creating and monitoring a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets in accordance with accounting policy and tax regulation
- Recording fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
- Determining the useful life and calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
- Conducting periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets, and recommend treatment for assets damaged or no-more in use and make the procedure for disposal
- Conducting analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: University Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting;
- Proficiency in accounting system(FAST, Accnet,...)
- Knowledge in Vietnamese and international accounting principles and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Good English communication;
- Well-organized, hard-working, honest.
