Senior Accountant

SCOPE OF POSITION
Reporting to Financial Controller, shall be responsible for payable account, tax and project cost report, assist supervisor for management reports and other related tasks of accounting department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Handle payments for contractors/consultants
2. Checking accounting transactions from accounting system
3. Prepare project cost report (Project expenditure, Contractor/Consultant, FCT)
4. Assist Supervisor to prepare management reports (weekly/monthly)
5. Assist Supervisor to prepare monthly VAS financial report
6. Prepare tax reports (VAT/FCT)
7. Generate Income and Expense reports;
8. Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
9. Assist in month-end and year-end tasks
10. Coordinate with other related departments related to business
11. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor / Head department

► KNOWLEDGE:
1. Knowledge of Ms Office, software
2. Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger, account reconciliation
3. English Language: Intermediate level

1. Ability to keep confidential in all work performed;;
2. Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, team player;;
3. Active learning skills


► EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. BA in finance / accounting
2. Good knowledge of balance sheet account reconciliation. At least 05 years working at foreign company.
3. Experience in Financial Reports
4. Communicate well in English. Strong in database management/ Ms Excel
