Reporting and controling responsibilities:
- Control master data on CAPEX, including FAR, contracts, returnables and spare-part items.
- Control CAPEX acquisition within budget and based on Group/ Company policy.
- Control mainteance schedule and OPEX within budget.
- Forecast cashflow for capital expenditure.
- Fixed asset entries and reconciliation.
- Control fixed assets in physical, including fully depreciated, impaired assets.
- and disposal process.
- Monthly reporting on fixed assets and construction in progress under both Group accounting policy (IFRS) and local policy (VAS).
- Work with auditor and tax inspector
AP role and responsiblities:
- Verifying payment dossiers for capital expenditure, including control advance, payment in stage of completion and warranty claim.
- Verifying AP dossiers and posting 3-way matching invoice for purchase of inventory and spare parts, plus non-items invoices including logistics, maintenance, custom fee and all related services.
- Cordinating with bank accountant to ensure all payables are on due payments.
- Controlling vendor balance of CAPEX category.
Other roles:
- Back up for AP marketing accountant and tax accountant.
- Other tasks when required by mananger, including participation into innovation and improvement project.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance.
- A minimum of six-years as an Fixed assets, Inventories and/or AP Accountant or General Accountant in manufacturing company with scale above 500 employees.
- Excellent in MS Excel.
- Well organised, responsible, diligent, honest, teamwork spirit.
- English fluency.
- Professional and good communication skill.
