- Prepare and administer monthly payroll.
- Develop and control operating budget.
- Make timely payments, collections and reconciliations.
- Negotiate and maintain contracts.
- Conduct all activities with professional and mature demeanor, dress and attitude.
- Prepare and file tax, labor and other required documents.

- College Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft & Accounting software.
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor at all times.
