Contracts checking, follow up
Reporting: FS, BS, CF, reconciliations...
Other tasks be required
Finance:
Manage cash flow
Tax:
Tax (FCT, VAT, PIT, SCT, Import, CIT) by monthly, quarterly, yearly.
HR-Recruitment:
- Advertising, connection, getting CV, Making recruitment networks, HR relationships..
- Check CV, Short list, interview, negotiation....
- Offer letter, labor contract, Create templete (apprisal, HR forms, policy...)
- HR issues solving
HR-C&B:
- Payroll, OT, Annual leave, pays lip
- SHUI registration/ deduction
- PIT registration (personal tax code, dependents)
Service:
- Service contract handle & follow up
- Sub-contractors follow up
Oher administration tasks will be discussed during the interview

Well communication in Vietnamese &, English
Mlature, confident to work independent, well arrangement

Chief accountant certificate holder is an advantage
