Senior Accountant (Cost/transaction/revenue/group)

Task 1: Transaction controller
Assuring receipt transactions reconciled between pay-gate and system.
Monitoring and handling with fraud or unusual cases to minimize risks.
Receiving and checking refund requests when bookings cancelled

Task 2: Cost controller
Collect cost information and monitor cost system
Prepare budgeting reports and cash flow report (for the company and for each department);
Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Process accounting document and record transactions

Task 3: Group controller
Play a role as General accountant in Group subsidiaries
Analyze and report profit margins;
Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts;
Handling all HR & admin tasks

Task 4: Revenue controller
Make a form payment rev for merchant daily
Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, etc. to ensure the accuracy of each business transaction.
Preparation of management reports, applying advanced Excel functionality as necessary, to provide the practice and Director of Accounts with timely and relevant information.

BSc degree in accounting, finance or a related area, in addition to accounting, financial, analytic or auditing experience for 1 year or more.
Priority to have experience in accounting in commercial companies or retail systems, or online payment companies, e-commerce companies.
Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures;
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail;
Strong time management skills;
Having a hobby of technology is an advantage.
Solid, proven experience in a similar role preferably in a legal or professional services environment
High level of proficiency in Microsoft packages Word, Excel and Outlook, and general familiarity with IT systems
