- You will oversee financial operations, mainly Account Payable function. The key responsibilities include ensuring timely month-end closing, inter-company reconciliation, preparation of monthly management reporting, and audit schedules, checking and preparing payment documents, ensuring that all payments are processed in accordance with company policies and tax requirements, monitoring outstanding debt, following up with other team for PO outstanding list.
- You will also ensure timely preparation of financial statements for audit of the portfolio of entities under your purview, oversee the audit process, and ensure timely submission to the relevant statutory bodies.
- You will also be required to handle all tax matters (such as VAT and corporate tax) including preparation of tax computation or working closely with the tax consultant on tax computation, and attend to tax queries from the tax consultant or tax authority; prepare statistic and other management reports; budgeting & forecasting for the portfolio of entities under your purview.
- Other responsibilities include internal control and compliance roles in respect of delegation of authority, procurement policy and other internal policies and SOPs, and any ad hoc reports as assigned by supervisor .
-You may also be the one of the key drivers for implementation of Group policies, processes and system.

- You should possess a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on operational finance experience, good knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS, as well as be well-versed in MS Excel.
- This role also involves frequent liaising with various parties such as HQ finance team, inter-department, external consultants, auditors and property manager, hence good verbal and written communication skills are required. -- -------- Someone who has high level of initiative, hands-on, responsible, independent, committed and experience in managing people will suit this role
